These terms govern your use of the Fontic habit-tracking app and website, operated by Jackson Crabbe in Washington State. Please read them before using the service. Questions: support@fontic.app.
What Fontic provides
Fontic helps you set habits, mark days complete, and view streaks and calendar history. You control what habits you enter and whether to use an optional account. Fontic is a self-tracking tool; it does not provide medical, mental-health, or other professional advice. Seek a qualified professional for advice about health or safety decisions. We may change, maintain, or discontinue features as the service develops, subject to applicable law.
Your account and content
You may sign in with Apple or use available local-only features without an account. You are responsible for keeping access to your Apple account secure and for the content of your habit entries. Do not enter another person's private information without permission or use Fontic unlawfully. You retain your rights in content you enter and give us permission to store, sync, and display it solely to provide and maintain Fontic. Local-only data can be lost if your device or app data is removed; see our Privacy Policy.
Subscriptions and free trials
Fontic offers subscriptions through Apple's App Store. The app currently presents a monthly plan at $9.99 and an annual plan at $29.99, with a three-day introductory trial for eligible annual subscribers. Availability and the final price, currency, tax, eligibility, and trial terms appear on the App Store purchase sheet before you confirm. Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-applicable price unless you cancel through Apple before renewal. You can manage or cancel in your Apple account's subscription settings. Deleting Fontic or your Fontic account does not cancel billing. If a free trial ends without cancellation, Apple may charge the subscription price shown at checkout.
Purchases, restoration, and refunds
Apple processes App Store payments. Use Restore Purchases in the app if an eligible purchase is not appearing. You may request a refund from Apple through reportaproblem.apple.com; Apple's applicable terms and local law govern App Store refunds. If you cannot access a purchase, contact support@fontic.app so we can help investigate.
Availability and limits
Streaks and reminders depend on the information you enter and your device settings. We work to keep Fontic available and accurate but cannot promise uninterrupted access, an error-free history, or a particular personal outcome. To the extent allowed by law, Fontic is provided without warranties beyond rights that cannot be waived. Nothing here limits any consumer rights that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.
Responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Fontic is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use or inability to use the service. Any limitation does not apply where prohibited by law, including liability that cannot legally be excluded. Please contact support first if you encounter a problem so we can try to resolve it.
Ending use and changes
You may stop using Fontic at any time, delete an account from Settings → Privacy Settings, and separately cancel a subscription through Apple. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, or a material violation of these terms, subject to applicable law. We may revise these terms and will post a new effective date and provide any additional notice required by law. Continued use after an effective change indicates acceptance where permitted by law.
